U.S. Pledges $80 million to Help Palestinians Reform their Security Services  

In a signing ceremony at the Palestinian Presidential Headquarters, U.S. Secretary Condoleezza Rice and Prime Minister Salam Fayyad, signed a framework agreement to assist the Palestinians improve their daily lives by enabling security service reform.  The agreement formalizes the intention of the United States to provide assistance to the Palestinian Authority to promote law and order by strengthening and reforming the Palestinian security sector.   To learn more visit the links below.
