Consul General’s Holiday Greeting

My family and I are pleased to send our warmest greetings to all who are celebrating Christmas.

There is much to celebrate and look forward to this Christmas season.  As we commemorate the birth of Jesus in Bethlehem and his message of peace and brotherhood that continues to inspire us today, let us look to our families, friends, and communities and do our part to strengthen our bonds and bring peace and understanding to the world.

As President Calvin Coolidge once stated, “Christmas is not a time or a season but a state of mind.  To cherish peace and good will, to be plenteous in mercy, is to have the real spirit of Christmas.”
