Hebron Students Learn Business Writing Skills
Building upon a previous workshop on CVs and cover letters, Public Diplomacy Officer Jacqueline Deley conducted a second practicum on business letter and e-mail writing for 25 college students in Hebron, instructing them in general business English principles and providing feedback on three business writing assignments they subsequently completed for homework. The students appreciated the opportunity to hone their business writing skills, and were particularly interested to learn about the proper drafting of e-mails. The workshop is the latest in a series of Consulate organized outreach programs and was hosted by the U.S. Government supported Relief International-Schools Online (RISOL) organization.
