U.S. Consulate General Jerusalem Officer Trains Women Interns in Business Skills
Public Diplomacy Officer Esperanza Tilghman spoke to 24 young women interns attending a training session in Ramallah. Ms. Tilghman provided guidance in two training segments: Powerpoint presentations and cover-letters. The women are among 50 participants in an internship program coordinated by the Palestinian NGO Business Women Forum. The internship program, made possible through funding by the Consulate, places university graduates in internships with local, national, and multinational businesses and firms.
