U.S. Consulate General Jerusalem Remembers September 11
The U.S. Consulate General Jerusalem community gathered today to remember the victims of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks during a private commemorative ceremony at the U.S. Consulate General in Jerusalem. Following remarks by U.S. Consul General Jacob Walles, during which he read a message from President Bush, the Consulate community shared a moment of silence at 3:46 p.m., the moment when the first plane hit the World Trade Center in New York City.
